      Cons

      If you're commuting, parking or driving can be expensive, but telecommuting some is also an option.

      Amazing Work for a Genealogist--IF you live in the right place.

      Access to world-class genealogists in a collaborative and supportive environment. Good opportunities for learning and development. Interesting casework. Fun perks and holiday gifts.

      Cons

      Employment is severely limited by geography--there are no opportunities for full-time remote work unless you are at a management level, while in-person work is only available near Salt Lake, San Fransisco, and a few international cities.
