Pros
ProHire combines the best aspects of recruiting. You get to learn from and engage with experienced recruiters, push yourself to set personal goals and they are upfront with candidate about the interview process. I truly enjoy the positive atmosphere and company culture.

Pros
- cooperative working environment - strong team environment, always willing to offer a hand - CEO willing to help you do well & offer guidance even beyond the internship - ability to get good client exposure - hands-on experience that allows involvement regarding the overall strategy of the firm
Cons
- working life environment in the region differed from other cities I have had internships in, the reason for this is due to cultural differences summers in Spain turn out to be fairly quiet, therefore did not get the same work-life environment that you would get in say London or New York
