      Pros

      Great atmosphere, culture. Fun people who are engaging and assist each other. The company is making great changes and are truly for their employees. There will always be people who who will never find the good, no matter what efforts are made. You cannot please everyone.

      Cons

      No 401K plan in place.

      Great supervisors, training is perfect, atmosphere is wonderful. Break room and facilities are kept clean.
