Pros

Innovative and creative environment, exponential room for growth, and great employee appreciation. A company that delivers excellent treatment to their employees and their customers and always strives for improvement. It is rare to find a company with owners as involved as this one, and it's refreshing to work for a company that has fostered a familial bond among its employees.

Cons

Traffic and location are a bit bad, but not the fault of the company

Pros

Biggest pro working here is the management gives a crap about you. It's hard to find people who want a win all around. Super nice and inspiring to be around it.

Cons

They really like team work. Not sure if it's a bad thing... but I guess if you're an introvert, that could be a bummer. It's nice though, a lot of connection here. Not feeling left out is nice.

I have been with this company for almost 4 years now, and I have seen so much growth in the company(when I started there were like 12 employees!) and myself. I have worked in a myriad of positions throughout the company, and have enjoyed my co-workers, the clients, and the CEOs of the company. It has felt like family for a long time. This is a fast-paced, quick growing, amazing company and anyone would be lucky to be a part of this team!

Cons

Communication is lacking many times.
