- openness, lovely culture at work - everyone is always very helpful - lots of people of different backgroud/ethnicity - supportive environment yet allowing the autonomy - reasonable workload - nice salary - despite being a foreigner I feel at my place

Cons

sometimes the pressure but it's also at reasonable level

Pros

Very good integration, They care about employees feelings. Good management and trainings. Good general atmosphere and a lot of mutual support ! Very nice office and lunch room with free coffee, tea and things to eat (there is also a babyfoot), Nice christmas and summer parties, they also organize good team building activities. Strong corporate culture.

Cons

Maybe it was mainly because of my job tittle, but I had no flexibility concerning my time schedule and teleworking. Unfortunately, I also had the impression that I couldn't move up in the company.

Cons

Travel is challenging, what we do requires us in many cases to be face to face with our clients and therefore traveling to meet them where they work.
