As people are identified to be meaningful contributors to the organization, there is tremendous job stability. Excellent benefits across the board - healthcare, 401K, Vacation/Personal, Understanding of when you need to take time off. The executive leadership has been together for over 30 years and there is significant benefit to that remaining in place which limits turnover throughout the organization. Easy location to raise a family, ease of commute.

Cons

There aren't any parties and celebrations, rather there is loyalty and respect and compensation which outweigh those items.
