Diverse options for personal development within the role. Great culture that seems to want everyone to put their two cents forward. Focused on goals and deliverables instead of politics

      Currently finding their feet with new processes and technologies. Decision makers feel stretched thin and not able to take the full time to fully finish an issue before moving on to the next hurdle
