Supportive peers and management. Multicultural group with locations in different parts of US and in UK and Bulgaria. Not stuck in a tight box and able to work outside of specified job title (not a good thing for those that like defined roles).
Cons
Still operating like a start-up nearly 10 years later. They have the want to invest in better processes and systems, but upper management can be a bit disorganized in their approach. Often reactionary rather than planned or proactive.
Well you get to gain some working experience.
Your co workers are nice if you put in the attempt to talk to them.
It's still like a start up or small company, so you can learn about the whole structure.
They are always looking to grow
Cons
Training is almost non existence.
Moving up or getting promoted is really rare.
Since its a start up/small company, the pay is low.
A lot of things are not properly manage.
There also a lot of "under the table" on the way they do things
