Cons

Nothing abnormal given the challenges of the business in recent years. Things aren't always easy, but it's important to see they are changing for the better.

As it has a very compact team structure, there are lots of opportunities to grow and learn new stuff. Just need a bit of proactive attitude and headstrong personality. This company has one of the top P2P platforms and it is designed inhouse. Join if you love to hustle and grow.

Cons

Having a mix-management (USA and India) can be double edged sword for a few. If you are great at communication, it is perfect for you. If you are easily overwhelmed, the management is there but you'll have to brush up your skills eventually.
