      1. Great product suite, great array of customers. 2. Collaborative colleagues who constantly keep motivating and pushing you to do better. 3. Amazing culture (young team), friendly co-founders. 4. Great employee perks (unlimited leave policy being one of them) 5. Prodigal has carved a great niche for itself in the industry/ market.

      Pros

      It's been 3 years since I started working at Prodigal, and my career growth has been tremendous. I started as a fresh graduate individual contributor and am now leading a team. It's fast-paced, but if you enjoy taking ownership and responsibilities and have a high bias for action, you'll definitely rise and shine here.

      You must be comfortable with ambiguity and open to test and iterating at a very high speed.
