      Pros

      They have always encouraged managers to grow the business, and provided the latitude to do so. Quality and safety is part of their culture which differentiates them from other contractors in their field of work.

      Cons

      Their parent company doesn't always align with the culture they are trying to develop.

      Pros

      The firm was incredibly professional in the treatment of all their employees, we were given great benefits, a reasonable salary, as well as a great pipeline to ask questions that were responded to quickly and accurately.

      Cons

      Verizon, the firm I was contracted to via Pro-Tel, had a two year cap on all contractors. When the term was up I was offered other work that I opted not to take as it wasn't geographically desirable.
