Great building and boss. Respect for all employees. Freedom to ask why something is happening and make suggestions. Good medical benefits

Long drive for me Systems can be confusing and require work arounds 401k provider is not the most helpful

fliexible schedule - you decide your hours and your schedule. bosses let you do your own thing as long as you show results. most days you can end early and go home and do your paperwork and make additional phone calls. flexibility is wonderful.

Cons

lack of training - expect you know all of your products with minimal training and an overworked sales support staff. if given more training or if there was emphasis put on certain products i think there is more room for success. Better health benefits and retirement benefits would also be much appreciated - i had to do all of my retirement savings through my own personal advisor since there was no 401k options available.
