      Pros

      PUI cares about their employees. There are many positive benefits in addition to PUI's compensation package. The company provides to include but not limited to; Monthly Gain Share, B-day lunches, Summer Picnic, Ice Cream Social, On-Site Nurse, Remote/Flexible work hours, PTO Rollover, Victoria Theatre Ticket Giveaway, Employee of the Month Recognition among many others. Family owned with strong core values!

      Cons

      Work has been slow due to covid impact but starting to see things pick up.

      Pros

      This is a company targeted for growth. As a mid level manager my opinion and suggestions are valued and acted upon by the board of directors regularly. I have been rewarded for my efforts and have been given transparent, attainable goals to reach. I cant say enough about the positive experience I have had thus far!

      Cons

      The pace is unrelenting. We have more business opportunities than people and it can be exhausting.

      Listening to our employees is a core principle of the company. We strive to drive leadership to information and thus empower employees to make decisions at all levels of the company. We are growing and continue to do so. It is a fast paced place to work and we actively look for people who can succeed in this type of environment. Thank you for the insight on planning. Management continuously reviews the operational plan every couple of months to anticipate staffing for the next year.
