Great place to grow, smart team

Pros

The engineering team is talented, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. People here care about writing good software, but they also care about supporting one another.

Cons

The only real challenge is that the company is still growing, so priorities shift at times and some processes are still being refined. It is not unusual for things to move quickly, but that is also part of what keeps the work interesting.

Autonomy from day one - i've never felt so trusted and empowered in any job Cutting edge tech - The work in the AI space is fast, chaotic and innovative - if you love that type of work, Prolific is for you Transparency - Leaders are open and I believe trying to do what's best - we recently opened a new office and people are now getting financial support to spend more time with their teams

Cons

Set and hold the bar high - this environment won't be right for everyone, so make sure we are interviewing for the qualities/behaviours we want need for today and tomorrow
