      Pros

      It's great to get to work on known brands such as the Hollywood Reporter, Adweek and Billboard.com. You get to work with a team of smart developers with healthy support from the offshore team. There's a relaxed work schedule, rarely do we have to work more than 40 hours a week. Along with that are reasonable expectations. No one is expecting you to kill yourself by working long hours week after week.

      Cons

      There are not enough developers to get all the work done, so sometimes quality suffers. We have a slew of issues that are waiting, but higher priorities. Also, there's constant shifting in the upper management.
