I’ve been with the company just under a year and so far so good. It is definitely growing and very open to making positive changes and turn into an employer of choice. I do believe leadership does care, just makes the necessary changes methodically and reasonably. They stayed very strong during the pandemic- and brought everyone back to full schedule.

Cons

None so far. I’m very satisfied .
