The company has been clear and the whole team understands and buys into the north star of Building Companies and Changing Lives. The why is always explained and that is all one can ask to receive.

Cons

In the midst of a high growth plan that will require proper hiring, platform building, especially marketing and media. The pace will create a challenge but one this team will embrace.
