Flexible work from home but extreme nepotism and bad management.

Pros
- flexible work from home. - free coffee. - catered lunch once a week.
Cons
- extreme levels of nepotism. - Preferential treatment at all levels. - Woefully unequalified and incompetent managers and directors, because the President parachuted his kids into positions of power, from strategy to marketing to HR. - The president's kids treat the company as a personal ATM, and will cut corners wherever they can. - They will offer you the least they can and justify it by saying its the minimum we have to adhere to legally. - HR lady and VP strategy (sisters, btw) are extremely biased and incompetent. Their personal friends and family members are treated much more generously than everyone else.
