Great people, interesting projects and overall feeling like you are treated as an individual rather than a cog in a machine. Different opinions are listened to and acted on if needed, but the guys who own the company genuinely seem to value the team and work pretty hard themselves.

Same problems that any digital agency has - clients changing briefs, tight deadlines, endless change requests - and as any agency is at the bottom of the food chain this can mean pressure and a lot of hard work.
