      Pros

      A company that truly cares about their people. Even when they have layoff cycles, they provide severance. They offer unlimited PTO, occasional team lunches and social events, and many other positives.

      Cons

      This was one of my most favorite roles I have ever held and I have nothing bad to say.

      Incredible colleagues who foster a collaborative environment, exceptional health benefits that prioritize well-being, beautifully designed office spaces that enhance productivity, and exciting, meaningful projects that keep work engaging and fulfilling.

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be unclear. Receiving a spontaneous 1:1 call from a C-level executive you rarely interact with—without any agenda—can feel unsettling, even if it turns out to be nothing.
