Pay is great. Perfect amount of stress. From what I've seen there has been promoting from within if you show the aptitude and attitude.

Cons

Sometimes management expect too much, like running too many machines at once. This makes it hard to ensure quality.

Pulse is a great place to work, I've been here almost 9 years! They really care for their employees as evident by the Motivation and Morale (M&M) team and always looking for ways to improve morale. Fast-paced, rewarding environment. Birthday Holiday to schedule as you want. 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years; 3 weeks after 5 years. The employees here are AMAZING - good people with excellent talent
