Pros

PulseCX is an agency that lives up to its name with emphasis on customer experience engagement across client solutions as well as company culture. The direct connection between what they do as an agency and who they are as a company is unlike any other I have ever experienced. This company is a rare find. As a young professional, I was looking for an agency where I could learn, grow, and build my career. In the end, I got so much more than that. During my time at PulseCX, I always had a clear trajectory for continued growth, which is not easy to find at many agencies. Senior Management is committed to providing employees with opportunities to progress by nurturing strengths, helping to improve weaknesses, and most importantly, genuinely listening to what employees want and need in order to feel supported. In addition, employee appreciation is an integral part of the culture. Whether thanks are expressed through employee appreciation events, like dinners, cocktail hours, picnics, games, outings, you name it; or something as simple as an agency-wide congratulatory email - a job well done never goes unrecognized. Although I am no longer there, I will always value my experience at PulseCX as a pivotal point in my growth as a professional and also as a person. Truthfully, I could go on and on about my amazing experience at this company and with the people who made my experience so special. Without question, I recommend PulseCX to all marketing professionals who are looking to step outside the norm of traditional pharma marketing, and join a collaborative team who will without a doubt, become like family you never want to leave.

Cons

It's a dog-friendly agency and NO, that is not the con. The con is that some days there aren't actually any dogs in the office to love on in between meetings.

Pros

I've had 3 corporate jobs as a director or higher from small to large companies, one being international. They were all very stressful with little reward but I stuck with it because, hey, I was getting great experience right? I didn't know there could be another way until I came to PulseCX. Working at a smaller agency has been great! 90%+ of the time, life outside of work is respected. Of course there's a rare instance of a fire drill but it really is RARE! At other places, there were "rush/work till 8pm or later" jobs 2-3 times a week. The people here are all awesome. PulseCX makes sure they hire people with great talent and great personality. I can't think of one person here that I don't like working with. The workplace is also great! Everything has been updated recently and feels very comfortable. Why wouldn't you want to work on some comfy couches by a large window or even a swing? The best thing is the employees are well respected by upper management and everyone's opinion matters. I can't say I've seen too much of that anywhere else. Oh and also, you can bring your dog to work. :-)

Cons

For some, the fact that it's in Montgomeryville, PA might be a turn-off for those who like working in the city; however, I do NOT miss that train ride with Septa!
