      Pros

      Friendly work place. From the first moment I stepped inside the facility I felt at home. Weekends & holidays off, 10 hour shifts that fly by, & the work environment is energetic. Good pay and good benefits w/ 401K. Nice place to make a career if you can get in the door. You can still have a life working here not like other production companies that work u 24/7 -365 with no reward.

      Cons

      Need a few more techs. Sometimes you’re left in the dark about what’s going on. Some employees stuck in their ways

      Pros

      Great company to learn from. A lot of freedom to be an engineer and learn and make mistakes. Team support can be good at times especially from management. Vacation and holidays are plenty.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime can occur and it is unpaid. In its current situation there is more work to be done than people to do it. 24/7 offshift support falls on individuals who are there during the day. Working with retain individuals on all levels can be very tough.

      Undermanned at times with many competing interest. Company was in the process of being sold.
