Pros
In my 10+ years of work experience, I've never felt happier or more settled than I've been over the last two years with the Purple Group. Here are a few pros you'd probably love if you joined:
Respect
First and foremost every member of this big family is treated with respect and kindness. It might sound like a given, but the level of trust that this company puts in us, allows us to grow into the best version of ourselves, without any pressure or micromanagement.
Opportunities
We're all given the opportunity to express our future plans and have them be taken seriously. Many have grown within the company to higher positions, new teams, and basically are able to follow an evolvng career path without leaving the company.
Friendliness
It may sound cliche, but we do spend most of our adult lives with our colleagues. Even when working remotely, we're guaranteed a friendly atmosphere where you are part of a community. Whether you're going to the office every day, working from home, or even remotely working while traveling, there's an unparallel sense of comradery and friendliness that comes from the top and inspires every member of this awesome group.
Fun
Last but not least I can honestly say this is one of the most fun companies I've worked at. We all work hard but also get the opportunity to hang out outside of work, enjoy parties, gatherings, and even travel together. Not only is it incredibly fun, but it's also a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, managers, and even the owners.
Cons
Distance
Having the flexibility to work from different places is awesome, but sometimes it's easier to be in the same building with everyone. The good thing is we do business trips, and are experts in online communication, making up for the physical distance between some of us.
