Good pay, good benefits, one of the few organizations I've worked for (and I've worked in non-profit my entire life) that seems to genuinely attempt to live out its values and mission in how it treats its employees. Doesn't hit the mark 100% of the time, but really tries.
Cons
The organization has grown a LOT and as such some things slip through the cracks. Some people are overworked while they attempt to hire more people to fill in gaps that have emerged because of rapid growth -- though leadership acknowledges this and attempts to do its best to mitigate it. Very generous PTO and sick leave policies, for example.
