Paid holidays, good pay, nice location, and environment that pushes you to be the best employee you can be.

Not too many opportunities to advance at this point.

Pros

Great place to work that was usually very interesting. Had a great group of people, good location, and good compensation.

Cons

Office hours were early 7:30 – 4:00. Other than that everything was good.

- Lots of learning opportunities - Smart people - Interesting projects - Start-up atmosphere - Nice culture - Nice new office

Cons

- Depending on the department sometimes mandatory OT is required
