International company. Super-creative environment with a great culture - respects everyone and every opinion matters. Everyone is reasonable, friendly, passionate and collaborative. Able to learn a lot of innovative ideas and new things.
Cons
No special comments for cons. Compared with the big company, I think that QCraft is not quite systematic. But that is what you need to empower yourself here.
