Avoid this company — unethical culture and harmful working environment

• In my personal experience, this company operated in ways that felt deeply misleading, both to staff and customers. The lack of honesty and integrity was one of the most concerning aspects of working here. • I frequently saw behaviour that, in my view, crossed ethical lines. It became increasingly hard to feel comfortable with what was being asked of staff. • The overall culture felt toxic, hostile, and dismissive of people’s mental health. Stress levels were high, support was minimal, and management appeared unwilling or unable to address legitimate concerns. • Despite being informed when initially working with the company they did not micromange, this was not true. It was heavily micromanaged, and managers were heavy handed and condescending in handling their teams. • Communication was chaotic and inconsistent, leading to confusion and a sense that decisions were being made without transparency or accountability. • I personally witnessed a pattern of employees being dismissed shortly before reaching two years of service, which conveniently avoids full unfair-dismissal protection. With employment rights now starting at six months, I suspect there may be even more frequent sudden terminations or attempts to manage people out. • Turnover was extremely high during my time there, which only reinforced my impression that staff were treated as disposable. • Overall, this company left me feeling disillusioned, morally conflicted, and deeply disappointed. I wish I had trusted my original instinct not to work here. • I am embarrassed to say that I ever worked for this company.
