We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the fast pace, variety, and support given in your role at Qadre. We think that our team is our most important asset, so we are delighted that you have benefitted from our employee benefits and company culture.
Thank you for your feedback regarding the distance between the two teams. Despite working across two offices, we try to keep the teams engaged with optional social calls 3x per week, video calls used in lieu of in-person meetings, and team events planned via Zoom. While Covid-19 has disrupted a normal working environment for many companies, we were fortunate enough to operate as normal, thanks to our pre-existing remote-savvy culture. However, we look forward to starting up our in-person team activities once we return to the new normal!
