      Pros

      Founder and co-founder are incredible and always fair. They consider ideas from everyone, regardless if you are an intern or the CTO. They are concerned about every employee and are very approachable. Company culture is fun and laid back but still motivating enough to keep you working hard. The work requires you to be independent; If you are comfortable formulating an idea, mapping it out, and owning it from start to finish this is your place.

      Cons

      You must be flexible. Things can change very quickly so you will be forced to adapt. No kind of training so you must be autodidactic..

      Pros

      - Collaborative open and fun working environment; everyone speaks up their mind and news ideas are welcomed - The sky is the limit in terms of career progression; if you have what you take you can quickly grow and become one of the top decision makers - Flexibility and independence - As an early employee, you can get a stake in the company and benefit from the upcoming exponential growth

      Cons

      - As in every early stage start up, you need to be comfortable with the uncertainty and changing directions relatively quickly - Might be challenging for an entry level employee requiring hand-holding
