      Pros

      ....and fair play, cause Qashio's growth curve demands a crazy work life i general. this is a great place to learn ground up and drive work that really can reflect on you, unlike larger corporations where you as an individual may not be able to see how your contributions impact the company. things i loved at Qashio -> new challenges and tasks every week that really shaped my growth marketing skills. -> multicultural work place -> office located in central dubai, near a metro, so I could choose how to go to work (beat traffic) -> discounts on kcal

      Cons

      lack of remote work/ flexibility of work hours. Maybe they are working on this. this did not personally bother me as i love working on site- but it may impact others in the company.

      Pros

      ... and that's why I love it. Qashio is a startup, which means you go through the teething pains of experimenting, thinking out of the box- and these are a lot of fun for someone in the marketing space. I love quite a few things about the company - multi-cultural - everyone is approachable - the kcal discount ;-)

      Cons

      - there really isnt any flexibility in terms of remote work/ work from home. this may honestly be because it is a startup with all team members in dubai. this may change in the near future
