Pros

New leadership in place has really transformed QLess. The corporate politics that once used to exist are no longer a thing. Great place to work if you want to really test your skills in a not so start up, start up environment.

Cons

Because of the change in leadership, we are currently in a rebuilding status. I believe needing patience here is a must until all things have been fortified

Pros

QLess has a market leading product that has, and will, continue to disrupt the customer flow management space. The team is smart, scrappy, collaborative and fast moving. Our customers love our product and I expect net new logos (and retention) will continue to increase.

Cons

As with any smaller company, we are scrappy and have to occasionally "wear many hats". This can be a pro, and at times, a con.
