Great thought leadership and vision. Exciting space of AI for the SDLC. Well funded. Huge opportunities to make a difference for the company and clients.
Cons
Startup culture which means always some chaos, rapid changes, rapid addition of people, and needing to do whatever needs to be done.

- Team is incredibly friendly and welcoming - Leadership is very involved and approachable - People are open to feedback and want to improve - Exciting product and industry as it's evolving daily - Great culture that cares for you outside of work and tries to help you thrive at work
Cons
- Still very young so a lot of processes still need to be built - Time zone differences can create some challenges
