small knitted team. everyone is willing to teach and guide. good exposure. no hierarchy or politics issues. requires a lot of hands on to solve problems. great team work.
Cons
same pain across retail industry. fast pace, many counterparty on the role, odd working hours (once in a while only), rather low on salary package. no bonus.
