Pros
Qred is a fast growing scale up with high yet reasonable ambitions. The people and culture stand out with a mix of performance/care for each other. I am impressed by the focus on growing people internally.
Cons
Just as any scale-up we are experiencing growth pain. Sometimes it is a little messy and we need to spend time fire fighting. Internal communication could be improved to align everyone. But nothing out of the ordinary given our growth pace and nothing we can't solve.
