Amazing open-door culture. The Company genuinely cares about the growth of it's employees. No room for Bureaucracy and things move quick and fast like it should in a company of this sort.

Cons

The company is still a growing one and not well known which bring some limitations due to the same in terms of personal growth over long-term

The work culture here is very positive and supportive. You’re given clear tasks and always have consistent support from both HR and management. The workload is manageable and the work itself is interesting, with plenty of opportunities to learn new things along the way.

Cons

Sometimes it can be quite challenging to handle multiple tasks at once, but management is always there to help.
