Pros
I’ve never worked with such an excellent group of people. Everyone is willing to help out, support one another, and do what it takes to get the job done. This company is full of exceptional talent. The flexible working policy could not be better, and makes such a difference. The company has maybe 2 days a year where everyone takes the day off to rest and enjoy ourselves, completely separate to our annual leave. And the salary is way above the market average for these kind of roles. There’s plenty of opportunities for internal progression or zig-zagging to another role completely. Probably the company’s biggest strength is its adaptability. Things change a lot, teams, structures, processes—but it’s all in an effort to improve and experiment to find the best solution and adapt to change.
Cons
Struggling to think of any. Sometimes the workload can get intense, but the team will rally together and support one another. This doesn’t happen too frequently, and there’s plenty of opportunity to recover and take it easy during quieter periods.
