Pros

Great work-life balance. You can take leaves when you want. No toxic work environment. Management listens to you.

Cons

None that I can think of. Probably a very small company (~150 employees), so not sure for how long can it last.

Nice place to work, great opportunity to learn new things as we're a start-up. It's a very agile environment and so things never get boring.

Being a start-up, we're very agile, so multitasking and not having definite boundaries is a thing
