I was skeptic about it before joining, But glad that I didn't change my mind. From the day I joined till today, there hasn't been a day when I say to myself ' it was good decision' . The amount of knowledge I have gained here will help me uplift my career graph.

There are no such cons but yes when you are talking about tech industry there is always a room to improve and grow.
