Pros
Learned a lot of things got to be a jack of all trades, work independently ,ideas were respected & employees were always valued
Cons
As a company they do not operate in an organized fashion . They do not have set protocols for the various types of services that their employees are accountable for. They do not have job duties defined and are unaware of their employees workload. Some were overworked some underworked ... they weren’t around enough to fully know what was happening in the company.
