      Couldn't ask for a better place of employment

      Pros

      They are very generous with pay. Start you out way above any other company I've worked at, and the give out raises for inflation and also for performance. It's not uncommon to get 4 dollars or more e in raises each ear

      Cons

      They at the moment are working on getting us individual tool boxes with tools but until then we share and it's very time consuming
