- Small company with lots of opportunities and capability to meaningfully contribute. - Great upper level management team that makes sound business decisions. - Awesome group of down to earth team members to work with daily. - Best health insurance benefits you will ever find. Seriously good. - Ability to gets lots of frequent flier miles!

- Many projects require travel, long hours and some weekend work - nature of the business they are in I guess.
