      They pay well. Immediate leadership is fantastic. It's a typical contractor for the Federal Government.

      Cons

      I'll be sad when our contract ends. I've worked for many, and this is one of the best.

      The management at QuantiTech value their employees and make it feel like a family environment. They regularly recognized the achievements of the employees and do no hesitate to provide rewards. Management, HR, and IT are quick to address any concerns or issues.

      Cons

      There are no downsides I have found.
