      Pros

      Offers great flexibility, manager is trusting, the company encourages independence. Average culture- each employee must be brave enough to speak out about the things they don't like/agree with to keep a healthy environment.

      Cons

      The higher ups sometimes can't agree about basic things. Many unnecessary meetings with no solid outcome (but slowly changing). Sometimes the white male energy is quite strong,
