Pros

Freedom to work without micro management. Constant training and achieving results for clients. Freedom to turn down work if it's not the right fit for the business. Key Stakeholders only want to see their employees win. Ability to make money is uncapped.

Cons

Very little downside to working here, unless you personally manifest negativity and don't want to be a team player. You get paid in line with how hard you work and expectations and probability of succeeding are realistic with unlimited support to grow.

- Working for a company who actually delivers results in this industry - The best sales training in the industry at quantumlinx - Day to Day training and refinement from their account directors - Culture is great at quantumlinx, very friendly, relaxed and easy going team who support and give the guidance you need to succeed

Cons

There aren't any that come to mind however if you want to work at quantumlinx, you need to be mentally disciplined and work hard to be successful, there is a high performance culture which requires you to always come to work in the right frame of mind and be at your best.
