Little trust and appreciation for your work, but very considerate with personal matters
Pros
They are very considerate with personal matters that affect your performance at work. Urban Sports subvention is nice. I'd give work-life balance a 5/5, if work hadn't been so horrible that it followed me into my personal life.
Cons
IT department is not doing their job in providing the infrastructure for the devs to do their work smoothly. The dev environment is in parts very old-school and slow. There are trust issues between the dev teams and from the C-level towards certain dev-teams. Sometimes so much so that freelance developers or agencies will be hired to bring a "2nd opinion" on a concept or to even make their own concept, ignoring the devs' ideas and concepts who are responsible for the project. Certain people are barely appreciated or listened too, even if in the end, projects are done the way they said from the start. They will not get credit for it.
