      - They allow teachers to take part in the afternoon festivities (which can be a little extra $$ and really fun) - You have flexibility in the classroom but also a textbook to help guide your grammar and unit - Everybody was always really sweet

      Cons

      - It was part-time work so you had to look elsewhere if you wanted more hours
