      Great knowledge sharing and support among people. Everyone is goal oriented. Minimal wait time to get clarity on requirements. There is always something interesting to do. People respect and value each other.

      Cons

      If you have so much of passion to learn and experiment with latest technologies, not much of space. Mostly occupied with tasks that fit into current environment.
