Great company to work for. The company No longer what it was but great in the peak of business for this ecommerce company.

Cons

No major cons other than the company was very youthful and lacked highly experienced leadership. Overtime the organization matured and leadership gained credibility.

most don't have to work too hard and still enjoy things like flex schedules, casual dress, super cheap insurance, and more PTO than you can use in a year

Cons

we haven't done as many company events lately which is kind of a bummer but most companies don't do anything fun for their employees so I guess I can't complain
