Jacobus/Quick Fuel is a family owned business. With that, comes a somewhat flat organization, which is a positive if you are an engaged person who is always looking to improve how you do your job. Its rewarding in that I can make a change if I prove out my hypothesis as empowerment seems to be the direction the company is headed.
